Apparently a pulsar is a highly magnetized rotating neutron star that emits a beam of electromagnetic radiation (Thanks Google)

Lovely collar with lots of colourful stars on it, probably not pulsars because Sam didn't get stuck to the fridge when he walked past modelling it.
